Hi there! I’m Amber Ray, and I’m excited to introduce myself your dedicated mortgage broker. Life keeps me busy as a mom to two amazing boys (11 and 6) and a wife since 2012. When I’m not helping clients secure their dream homes, you’ll find me spending time with my family-whether we’re gaming, exploring the outdoors, or belting out tunes at karaoke night!

I’m a mortgage broker with Edge Home Finance, licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Colorado. With access to over 150 lenders, I help homebuyers, investors, and business owners find the best loan solutions to fit their needs. I specialize in VA, USDA, Conventional, FHA, and DSCR loans, and I’m backed by a full commercial lending team for business financing opportunities.
